Outreach and In-Home Respite-Care Program

Outreach and In-Home Respite care are community-based services provided to individuals with developmental disabilities and to their natural families for the purpose of maximizing their inclusion in the community. These services include case management, budgeting, household safety, consumer skills, transportation, use of leisure time, medication review compliance, access to health care and community integration. Outreach and In-Home Respite Care Services are designed to enable individuals to continue living in their own home in the community.
